Membership Details
- Membership includes the primary member, their spouse/significant other, plus all children 25 and under living in the household.
- Additional, non-immediate family members living in your household may be added to your plan for an additional, discounted rate.
- There is a one-time joining fee of $249 paid at your first visit. This is your only fee that day. There is only one joining fee per family.
First Visit
Your first visit takes 30-40 minutes. You will sit down with Concord Chiropractor, Dr. Jen, to learn everything you need to know about chiropractic and how ChiroPure runs. This meeting is complimentary.
After the consultation, if both parties decide we are a good fit for one another, Dr. Jen will perform a spinal exam and adjustment if necessary. Following your adjustment, you will receive a personal report of findings along with recommendations.
